Healthcare Compliance Manager

Job Summary
Oversee healthcare compliance processes and regulatory requirements; monitor adherence to healthcare laws, regulations, and company policies; maintain compliance records, documentation, and reporting systems; assist with internal audits, investigations, and compliance reviews; develop and update compliance procedures, policies, and training materials; coordinate compliance-related communication with internal teams and external stakeholders; identify compliance risks and support corrective action initiatives; support HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards; track regulatory updates and ensure operational compliance with industry requirements; prepare reports and assist leadership with compliance monitoring and operational improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred
- Experience in healthcare compliance, healthcare administration, risk management, or regulatory operations
- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations and HIPAA requirements
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with compliance reporting, audits, and documentation management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Experience working with US healthcare systems and regulations is an advantage
