Job Summary
Healthcare Cloud / Security Engineer — remote, full-time role focused on secure cloud architecture and healthcare technology operations. Responsibilities include supporting secure cloud architecture, infrastructure monitoring, and operations; partnering with security, infrastructure, application, and compliance teams; implementing controls, hardening, identity, logging, and vulnerability management practices; and supporting cloud migration, optimization, and incident response work. Requires cloud engineering or security engineering experience and familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP, plus identity, networking, monitoring, or security tooling. Healthcare/regulated-environment experience (HIPAA/HITRUST) and strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills are preferred.
