Healthcare Claims Operations Supervisor - Remote

Job Summary
Oversee daily claims operations across assigned accounts, ensuring production, quality, and SLA compliance while managing Team Leads and Claims Examiners. Monitor productivity, inventory aging, and turnaround times to drive corrective actions for performance gaps. Serve as the primary operational contact for clients, leading business reviews, meetings, and escalations to maintain satisfaction and retention. Prepare operational reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to analyze trends and recommend process improvements. Partner with Workforce Management on staffing, forecasting, and capacity planning while ensuring adherence to HIPAA, CMS, and client guidelines. Coach staff on performance and development, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of healthcare claims leadership experience
- Prior supervisory experience overseeing production teams
- Strong experience managing healthcare payer operations and claims workflows
- Experience with client-facing operations and client relationship management
- Strong reporting and data analysis experience
- Experience owning operational KPIs and performance deliverables
- Strong leadership, accountability, organizational, and communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and reporting/dashboard experience
- Experience managing offshore and/or remote teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with systems such as EZ-CAP, QNXT, Facets, Jiva, Plexis, or similar
