Job Summary
Healthcare Chief of Staff based in Tallahassee, FL, partnering with the CEO to drive organizational effectiveness, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional execution. Responsibilities include supporting executive leadership, facilitating decision-making, managing priorities, preparing executive-level presentations and reports, providing analytical insights, and handling confidential information with professionalism. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years in healthcare leadership, with strong strategic planning, project management, and communication skills. Full-time, onsite role in Tallahassee.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in a management or leadership role within the healthcare industry (preferred)
- Experience supporting executive leadership, senior leaders, or working in a Chief of Staff or similar strategic role
- Experience with strategic planning, project management, and operational execution
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across departments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to support executive decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of executive-level presentations and reports
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to manage confidential information
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
