Job Summary
Healthcare Business Development, Consultant/Specialist (Manager/Assistant Manager) role within AIA's marketing, distribution & partnership team. Responsibilities include in-depth product training for agents on health and critical illness insurance, assisting with policy inquiries, claims support, analyzing product performance and customer feedback, developing sales materials with marketing and underwriting teams, staying current on industry regulations and trends, and collaborating across teams to enhance the customer journey. Requires a degree with at least 7 years in insurance/financial services (Health & Wellness advantage), strong analytical and communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; IA licensure or related licenses preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Degree Holder with at least 7 years experience in insurance and financial services; relevant Health & Wellness experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills and business mindset
- Excellent written and spoken English; Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to translate consumer needs into product designs
- Licensure in Insurance Authority (IA) paper 1, 2, 3 or related licenses are preferred if regulated activities are involved
