Job Summary
The Benefits Navigator plays a crucial role in assisting customers with Medicare drug plan selection, plan optimization, and enrollment. Key responsibilities include performing Medicare drug plan comparisons, educating customers on plan options, making inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, and facilitating warm transfers to licensed insurance agents. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and experience with insurance and pharmacy operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- college degree in business preferred
- Pharmacy Technician registration preferred
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and analysis skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all levels
- Ability to work to deadlines and balance multiple priorities
- Strong work ethic and desire to excel
Desired Qualifications
- Pharmacy experience
- Strong knowledge of 3rd party insurance requirements
- Collections and claim adjudication experience
- FrameworkLTC or QS1 experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Additional Requirements
- Must be based in the Mountain or Pacific time zones to support the West Coast business
