Job Summary
Partner-level healthcare attorney with extensive experience across healthcare regulatory and transactional matters, including Medicare/CMS, government enforcement, payer and managed care considerations, corporate practice of medicine, and complex transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Ideal candidates will have a broad background across physician groups, healthcare systems, long-term care facilities, clinical laboratories, home health agencies, medical device manufacturers, and MSOs, with a preferred book of business.
Required Qualifications
- License to practice law in the United States
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in good standing in relevant jurisdiction
- Experience in healthcare regulatory and transactional law
- Strong understanding of Medicare, CMS, and healthcare enforcement considerations
