Job Summary
Conduct patient care and administrative duties on the day ward, supporting a team of Registered Nurses and consultants in delivering exceptional pre- and post-surgery care. Manage minor procedures including cataract surgery, endoscopy, and varicose vein surgery while meeting individual patient needs. Cover a variety of shift patterns from Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, with occasional Saturdays, on an ad-hoc basis to suit business needs and availability. Maintain good telephone manner and utilize database skills to meet deadlines and follow instructions.
Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
- relevant experience in an acute hospital or care setting
- good telephone manner

Desired Qualifications
