Job Summary
Travel between clients' homes to support them in living independently, assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Administer medication per care plans, prepare meals, and provide companionship while promoting client dignity and choices. Monitor health changes and report updates to the care team, managing mobility and light household tasks. Requires a full UK driving license, previous domiciliary care experience, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in domiciliary/home care or a similar care setting
- Full UK driving license
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
