Job Summary
Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, person-centred care that meets the individual needs of residents. Build positive relationships by understanding their interests, preferences, and care requirements, while assisting with mobility, personal care, hygiene, and daily activities like eating and drinking. Monitor wellbeing, communicate changes to the nursing team, and organise social and therapeutic activities. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection prevention, and contribute to health and safety practices. Foster effective communication between residents, families, and the care team. Work full-time in nursing homes across Westmeath, Ireland, with guaranteed hours contracts and enhanced Sunday premium rates.
Required Qualifications
