Job Summary
Support the nursing team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care by assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily activities while building positive relationships with residents. Communicate regularly with staff regarding health changes, coordinate social activities, and maintain strong contact with families. Contribute to cleanliness, implement health and safety procedures, and carry out additional duties assigned by the Nurse in Charge. This full-time role requires a QQI Level 5 qualification, English fluency, and the ability to work independently within a team. Guaranteed hours contracts include Sunday premiums and paid breaks, with opportunities for career progression and in-house training.
Required Qualifications
- QQI Level 5 Healthcare qualification (or equivalent), either completed or currently in progress
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Stamp 4 or Stamp 1G permissions
- EU citizenship
- Full-time employment availability
