Job Summary
Support the nursing team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care by building positive relationships with residents through consistent support and companionship. Promote resident mobility, assist with personal hygiene and grooming, and facilitate eating, drinking, and overall physical comfort. Communicate regularly with staff regarding health changes, maintain contact with families, and plan social activities to enhance well-being. Contribute to cleanliness standards and implement Health and Safety procedures. Carry out additional duties assigned by the Nurse in Charge. This full-time role in Dublin offers guaranteed hours, paid breaks, and comprehensive training.
Required Qualifications
- QQI Level 5 Healthcare qualification (or equivalent), either completed or currently in progress
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting
- Good knowledge of HIQA standards
