Job Summary
Provide person-centred care by assisting clients with personal needs, mobility, meal preparation, and household tasks while ensuring safety and infection control compliance. Document care activities accurately, support Care Coordinators with emergency coverage, and assist Supervisors and Quality Officers with equipment delivery and standards. Maintain full driving license and own vehicle for client transport and site access. Full-time hours available in Malahide, Portmarnock, Donabate, and Swords with flexibility for varying shifts and short-notice coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Full, clean driving license
- Own Car
- Previous experience in a healthcare or home care setting
- Compassionate, flexible, and committed to delivering high standards of care
- Strong time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting others
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including short-notice coverage
Desired Qualifications
- QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support (or relevant modules) preferred
