Job Summary
Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages and MD&A narratives; develop board presentations and KPI dashboards; oversee month-end close and variance analyses; manage debt covenants and lender reporting; coordinate with auditors for consolidated schedules; deliver ad-hoc financial modeling and insights to senior leadership; drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls in a healthcare services environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor�s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field (required)
- CPA license strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, technical accounting, and analysis
- Hands-on experience preparing board-level materials, supporting annual audits, and managing consolidated reporting
- Experience with Sage Intacct (or similar multi-entity ERP systems) for general ledger, consolidation, and financial statement design is required
