Healthcare Account Manager

Manage relationships with multiple customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication while overseeing services for behavioral health entities including FSEDs, EDs, and inpatient facilities. Provide workflow and technology education to facility staff and train physicians on internal and external applications. Review, update, and manage physician schedules; approve, audit, and review submitted timesheets. Perform data analysis on patient volume at facilities and divisions to identify service gaps and make recommendations for improvement. Serve as the primary point of contact for physician inquiries and ensure appropriate coverage requirements are met. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and support customer goals while staying up to date with industry trends and best practices. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines as needed. This role requires meeting metrics around encounters and growth in current accounts, with up to 50% travel required.
