Healthcare Account Executive

Healthcare Account Executive to sell SailPoint Identity Security solutions. Requires strong communication in initial engagements and discovery, ability to present the value of SailPoint against competitors, lead a virtual team of partner resources and cross-functional staff, and own the sales cycle from discovery through closing. Responsibilities include exceeding quarterly and yearly revenue quotas, developing territory business plans, engaging customers and partners, collaborating with marketing to execute plans, pursuing qualified leads, guiding technical resources during demonstrations, managing RFP responses and negotiations, and maintaining Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecasting. Travel ~50% expected. Education preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree or global equivalent. This role emphasizes team-based selling, stakeholder mapping, pipeline growth, and delivering SailPoint’s identity security value across enterprise customers.
