Job Summary
Outside sales Healthcare Account Executive in Las Vegas for A Place for Mom, responsible for generating qualified referrals from hospitals and skilled nursing facilities, growing and managing a book of accounts, and driving move-ins to senior living communities or in-home care options. Build relationships with social workers, discharge planners, and case managers; present services to families and coordinate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet monthly quota. Maintain pipeline using CRM, analyze reports, and pilot new initiatives in the territory; travel daily to accounts and conduct field presentations and drop-ins with case managers, discharge planners, doctors, and patients. Requires prospecting, relationship-building, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders; proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience
- Knowledge of the Senior Living Industry
- Hospital/skilled nursing facility sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Willingness to travel daily into the accounts in your territory
