Job Summary
Act as the single point of contact for healthcare professionals by applying deep knowledge of UCB solutions and connecting the right resources at the right time. Tailor omni-channel tools to impact professionals based on individual preferences while defining and executing an impactful tactical plan within your territory. Establish strong business relationships with healthcare professionals in the North of England and Northern Ireland, matching UCB therapeutic options through a tailored approach that supports optimal patient care. Coordinate stakeholder management in a community-based environment through two-way interactions with multidisciplinary teams. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, previous pharmaceutical or health care management experience, and demonstrable NHS knowledge. The position is hybrid-first with 40% office time and reports to the Ecosystem Lead – North.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous pharmaceutical or health care management experience e.g. ABPI examination
- A successful track record in key account/project management and influencing key health care customers
- Experience and knowledge of relevant disease areas i.e. Dermatology, Immunology, etc
- Demonstratable National and sub-national NHS knowledge
- in-depth disease, market and competitive intelligence expertise
- field based as a floating resource across the North of England and Northern Ireland
