Health & Wellness Specialist (On-Site EMT/Medic)

Conduct patient assessments, administer first aid, and provide guided treatment under provider direction while ensuring the on-site medical facility remains clean and stocked. Support comprehensive case management through patient follow-ups, referrals, and ongoing care coordination, and foster strong relationships with patients, on-site staff, and healthcare providers. Lead proactive injury prevention initiatives including "stretch and flex" programs and ergonomic coaching, and accurately document all interactions in the electronic health record system. Serve as a resource for psychosocial support using a peer support model to assist site personnel. Collaborate with jobsite safety teams by supporting orientations, trainings, and additional assignments. This role requires BLS, CPR, and First Aid certifications with an EMT license preferred, and involves day shifts Monday through Friday.
