Job Summary
Monitor resident wellbeing and ensure they receive the care they need while delivering high-quality, personalized care experiences. Build meaningful relationships with residents and family members to ensure everyone enjoys their day to the fullest. Collaboratively ensure the smooth operation of the residence and maintain a safe, secure environment for all. Work days Monday through Friday. Chartwell is dedicated to making people's lives better for residents, families, and employees.
Required Qualifications
- Love seniors who have life experience and stories to tell
- Love to engage in a care relationship based on trust and respect
- Love seeing people's reactions when they are WOWed
- Love, respect, and a passion for people
- A Genuine interest in providing an exceptional care experience
- Your RPN, LPN or RN Nursing Skills
- Candidates must be available to work days (Monday - Friday)
