Job Summary
Health & Wellness Manager overseeing health services for seniors at Chartwell Rouge Valley Retirement Residence in Markham. Responsible for delivering high-quality, personalized care, monitoring residents’ wellbeing, and collaborating with the care team to ensure a safe, welcoming environment. Requires RPN or RN nursing skills and fluency in English plus Cantonese or Mandarin; role involves engaging residents and families, building relationships, and supporting day-to-day operations with a focus on quality of life. Candidates must be available to work days (Monday - Friday).
Required Qualifications
- RPN or RN nursing license
- Fluency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin
- Experience in senior care environments preferred
