Job Summary
Directs the Health & Wellness department, supervising RN, LPN/LVN, TEAP specialists, physicians, PA/NP, and mental health consultant; provides daily management and oversight of health and wellness center activities and staff, including subcontracted providers; oversees disability program as Medical Co-Disability Coordinator; ensures compliance with DOL and MTC requirements; develops budgets, SOPs, and implements quality improvement; coordinates student health services, chronic illness management, credentialing, on-call coverage, staff training, and collaboration with HR/procurement; supports required reporting and data integrity while maintaining safety and standards for student health and wellness services.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted registered nurse license in the state of employment
- three years related experience, one of which should be in a supervisory capacity
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- computer proficiency required
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
