Job Summary
Supervise nursing requirements and monitor health services activities to ensure quality care for all students. Develop and implement comprehensive health and wellness programs covering medical services, mental health support, and health education initiatives. Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals while ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other departments to integrate wellness into student life and evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven improvements.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of related experience or training
- preferably in a youth-focused setting
- Supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Active, unrestricted license to practice in the state of Oklahoma
- State Professional Nurse License (RN)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Valid State Driver's License
- Knowledge of current health trends and best practices in wellness promotion
- Experience with program development and evaluation
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
