Job Summary
Conduct daily proactive site walks to engage employees in injury prevention and safety practices while performing individual health consults and coaching interactions. Coordinate group engagement sessions, biometric screenings, and mindfulness activities to promote physical activity, stress reduction, and healthy lifestyle modification. Proactively identify musculoskeletal risks and refer employees to employer resources, ensuring high visibility and accessibility throughout the workday. Monitor health and behavior progress by reviewing data and adjusting coaching strategies to meet risk reduction standards. Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant data entry for all coaching activities and collaborate with HR, safety teams, and vendors to integrate wellness initiatives into the client culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in health sciences or a related field
- A strong background in injury prevention
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Ability to work proactively and independently
- Ease in prioritizing multiple tasks and deliverables
- Highly personable
- Comfortable with proactive outreach to new people and populations
- Strong presentation skills
- Confidence in sharing health information
- Confidence in coaching individuals as well as groups of all sizes
- Be accessible with high visibility at least 80% of the day
- Be highly familiar with the client site's emergency and safety protocols
- Manage time effectively
- Work independently
- Ensure accurate and timely Ramp Health and client site data entry by the end of business each day
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data entry related to coaching activities, employee engagement, and other relevant information
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Follow the company's policies and procedures
- Follow all applicable privacy laws and regulations
- Attend required team meetings
- Attend and actively participate in four live, yearly mandatory skill-building sessions
- Complete any additional Ramp Health trainings related to improving skills and maintaining compliance
- Maintain professional and timely communication channels with key site contacts, operations managers, and Ramp Health team members
- Work collaboratively with your operations manager, key site contact, and other onsite partners
- Ensure that any Ramp Health equipment or materials used in coaching are properly maintained, cleaned, and stored according to company guidelines
- Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism
- Ensure a positive, courteous, and respectful interaction with employees, management, and other stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with Ramp Health and interdisciplinary team members
- Communicate promptly and professionally with your operations manager
- Be familiar with all Ramp Health products, and provider services, including technology, referral process, nutrition, and clinical services
- Travel locally required
