Job Summary
Conduct daily proactive site walks to engage employees in physical activity, injury prevention, and health behavior change while maintaining high visibility. Plan and lead group sessions on safety talks, stretch programs, and mindfulness to promote healthy lifestyle modification and reduce chronic disease risk. Perform individual health consults, blood pressure screenings, and body composition testing to support personalized coaching and sustainable risk factor reduction. Proactively follow up with staff to strengthen engagement and adjust strategies based on progress monitoring and data review. Collaborate with client HR and safety teams to integrate wellness initiatives into the broader culture, ensuring timely data entry and adherence to privacy protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in health sciences or a related field
- A strong background in injury prevention
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Ability to work proactively and independently
- Ease in prioritizing multiple tasks and deliverables
- Highly personable
- Comfortable with proactive outreach to new people and populations
- Strong presentation skills
- Confidence in sharing health information
- Confidence in coaching individuals as well as groups of all sizes
- Experience taking a manual blood pressure
