Job Summary
Health & Wellbeing Manager MEA responsible for evolving Cigna's Health & Wellbeing proposition across MEA, leading strategy, product ecosystem, and governance; manages a team of two and collaborates with Sales, Client Management, Operations, Marketing, and external partners to deliver a data-led, scalable wellbeing program that supports client engagement, retention, and differentiation. Focus areas include translating global capabilities into locally relevant solutions, owning the wellbeing product lifecycle (including digital solutions and EAP), developing tools and collateral for client-facing teams, and establishing governance and performance metrics to drive adoption and value across accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in health & wellbeing strategy or corporate wellbeing
- Experience in programme design beyond delivery
- Strong stakeholder management across multiple functions
- Experience working with clients or stakeholders in a commercial/B2B environment
- Ability to translate broad concepts into structured, practical framework
- Experience working with vendors/external partners
- Clinical background preferred (Desirable)
