Job Summary
Monitor and order supplies while assisting the care team with managing orders in the electronic health record (EHR). Communicate effectively via various modalities with patients, visitors, and facility staff to support the continuum of care. Provide organizational, receptionist, and clerical support to patient care units and the health care team. Anticipate and respond to team requests and patient needs while carrying out delegated tasks of direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Utilize good judgment and problem-solving skills to perform all aspects of the job, assuming responsibility for self-development and participating in continuous improvement activities.
