Health Unit Coord (HUC) - ACU 1S

Coordinate day-to-day patient care unit activities by managing patient records and communicating with nursing staff, physicians, and interdepartmental personnel. Serve as a resource for the health care team regarding the electronic medical record while directly impacting the patient care experience. Perform telemetry monitoring duties where appropriate. Collaborate with unit leadership and report to the Clinical Nurse Manager. Requires successful completion of KH Health Unit Coordinator training upon hire, with a preference for six months of healthcare experience and CPR/BLS certification.
