Job Summary
HTA Analyst/Consultant based in Spain to support German AMNOG market access activities, with a substantial portion of medical writing. Key responsibilities include developing German AMNOG dossiers (Modules 2–4), conducting scientific assessments of trial data (efficacy, safety, endpoints, subgroup analyses), performing systematic literature reviews and evidence syntheses, producing AMNOG dossier texts and updates, writing statements for G‐BA procedures, preparing scientific reports and presentations, supporting indirect treatment comparisons, and collaborating with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams. The role requires Master’s degree or PhD in life sciences or related field, initial HTA/HEOR/Market Access experience, fluent German and English, strong writing and analytical skills, familiarity with clinical trial designs and statistical principles, and comfort with data analysis tools (SAS and R; Python a plus). Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in life sciences, biostatistics, epidemiology, pharmacy, or related field
- Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access (industry, consultancy, or research institute preferred)
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong medical writing and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, structured text
- Experience with data analysis tools (SAS, R; Python a plus)
- Attention to detail; audit-ready mindset
- Experience with CDISC SDTM/ADaM datasets is a plus
