Job Summary
Coordinate health services for children in Early Head Start, including screenings, immunizations, and medical/dental follow-ups; maintain accurate health records in ChildPlus aligned with Head Start standards; provide referrals and guidance to families for medical, dental, and inclusion services; deliver health education to staff, families, and community stakeholders; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic child development and program compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Certification or education in a health-related field (e.g., Medical Assistant, LVN, or Health Services)
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Experience working with young children and families
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
