Health Solutions Specialist Mid Level (Level 1) - Life Company

Health Solutions Specialists (Mid-Level) support Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and final expense products by assessing member needs, explaining options, and guiding recommendations to educate and retain members. Responsibilities include handling inquiries via multiple channels, extracting key life events and financial goals, overcoming objections with advanced sales techniques, articulating product benefits, educating members on regulatory changes, and delivering member-focused service with potential limited servicing support. The role requires in-office work five days per week with the potential for hybrid work after six months, across Phoenix, AZ; Colorado Springs, CO; and Plano, TX campuses. Strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, broker/carrier appointments, AHIP, Life and Health licensing, and 2+ years of customer service or sales experience. Preferred candidates hold Health licenses, an active NPN with clean NIPR records, and extensive Medicare Advantage/Supplement and Final Expense experience, with a salary range of $54,550 to $92,060 annually.
