Job Summary
Health Solutions Specialist (Mid Level) at USAA focuses on educating members about Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and final expense policies, while guiding them through product recommendations and retention strategies. The role requires in-office presence five days a week with potential hybrid opportunity after six months, at Phoenix, AZ or Colorado Springs, CO or Plano, TX campuses. Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and faxes; uncovering client needs; presenting and motivating product actions; educating on regulatory changes; and supporting referral and product- acquisition goals. Candidates should hold a high school diploma or GED, Life and Health licenses, AHIP and broker appointments, and have 2+ years of customer service/sales experience, with strong communication, information processing, and teamwork skills.
