Job Summary
Health Solutions Specialist (Mid Level) at USAA across Phoenix, AZ; Colorado Springs, CO; or Plano, TX campuses. Responsibilities include handling member inquiries via phone, email, and faxes; probing to uncover needs and goals; recommending health products (Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and final expense) and motivating action; educating members on regulatory changes; articulating benefits to acquire or retain health products; providing limited member servicing; ensuring regulatory compliance; and supporting enterprise goals through referrals and product acquisition. The role requires in-office work five days per week with potential hybrid opportunity after six months, and relocation is not available. Applicants must hold a Life and Health license, complete AHIP and broker/carrier appointments annually, and bring 2+ years of customer service/sales experience along with strong written/oral communication, information processing, and teamwork skills. Preferred candidates may have 3+ years of Medicare Advantage/Supplement and Final Expense experience, Life Insurance sales background, and call center experience. Salary range: $54,550–$92,060. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (required)
- Maintenance of Life and Health license (required)
