Job Summary
Health Solutions Specialist (Intermediate Level) helps members with Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and final expense products. Responsibilities include assessing member needs, making product recommendations, educating on regulatory changes, and driving referrals and product acquisition goals through inbound/outbound member communications. Requires current Health license and AHIP with broker appointments; office-based role with potential hybrid option after 6 months, located at USAA campuses in Phoenix, AZ; Colorado Springs, CO; or Plano, TX. Strong emphasis on customer service, sales skills, and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Health license
- Annual AHIP completion
- Broker/Carrier appointments
- 1+ years customer service/sales experience
- Experience delivering frequent written and oral communication
- Experience acquiring and applying new concepts and information
- Experience processing and analyzing information
- Experience fulfilling requests and meeting deadlines
- Experience resolving conflict and negotiating
- Experience multi-tasking in an operating systems environment
- Experience participating in or leading teams
- Successful completion of a job-related assessment (may be required)
