Health & Social Care Trainer

Health & Social Care Trainer role delivering high-quality remote-based training with some face-to-face visits to apprentices in adult care. Responsibilities include delivering training to staff to develop essential skills and behaviours for safe, person-centred care; assessing learners’ competence to ensure alignment with sector standards and regulatory expectations; providing constructive feedback and supporting ongoing professional development; collaborating with healthcare providers to align training with organisational goals; sharing best practices to promote continuous improvement in care delivery; inspiring apprentices to progress in their careers. The position may involve two-stage interviews (telephone with Hiring Manager, then Teams interview) and DBS/Right to Work checks. Salary ranges: Trainee with no teaching qualifications up to £27,000; qualified Trainer delivering Level 3 up to £28,000; Level 5 up to £30,000.
