Health Services Specialist (RN)

Health Services Specialist (RN) will fulfill the Director of Nursing responsibilities during the absence of a Director of Nursing within assigned communities, lead health services operations, oversee resident care coordination, and support quality assurance activities. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, coordinating with physicians and care teams, ensuring regulatory adherence, overseeing EHR programs, conducting staff training, participating in CQI committees, collaborating with the CRD and Administrator on sales/marketing strategy, and assisting with recruitment and retention of health services staff. Requires RN licensure, CPR certification, leadership experience in senior living or related health programs, and willingness to obtain licenses in assigned states; significant travel (90-95%) is expected.
