Job Summary
Health Services Specialist (RN) provides interim leadership for health services in senior living communities, oversees day-to-day operations in the absence of the Director of Nursing, collaborates with physicians, discharge planners, nurses, and state personnel, leads staff training on health-related services, ensures regulatory compliance and quality of care, coordinates with program directors on resident needs, and participates in CQI activities; requires RN licensure, CPR, management experience, and proficiency with Electronic Health Records, with travel 90-95% to assigned communities.
Required Qualifications
- Holds current unencumbered RN license in the state of residence
- Willing to obtain nursing license in assigned states
- Holds current CPR certification
- Minimum two (2) years of management experience in senior living or related health programs
- Computer proficiency with typing and EHR management
- Subject to criminal background check and drug screening
