Health Services Nurse

Demonstrate sound nursing judgment in routine and emergency situations while assessing, treating, and managing non-severe wounds and skin tears. Build professional relationships with residents, provide CPR and first aid as needed, and conduct well checks following hospital discharges. Oversee the community fall prevention program, communicate promptly regarding health changes, and provide daily updates to the Director on hospitalizations and wound care. Manage clinic medical supply purchasing and stocking, assist with obtaining physician orders for care transitions, and perform annual wellness check-ins. Maintain resident health files and attend mandatory meetings, trainings, and in-service education sessions.
