Health Services Nurse A-Shift

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while delivering safe, effective care according to hospital policies and procedures. Collaborate with the patient care team to promote short- and long-term patient outcomes, serving as an intermediary between patients, families, and providers. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, condition changes, and education provided, while contributing ideas to performance improvement initiatives and supporting change implementation. Mentor other nurses through preceptorship and complete all required training. Comply with Wellstar Health System policies and standards of work.
