Job Summary
Lead the Manager, Health Services role by creating operational lines of sight that connect to system goals and executing business plans through cascading, monitoring, reporting, and course correction. Partner with system leaders, community stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support strategy, develop partnerships, and foster an innovative, client-centric culture. Demonstrate advanced leadership, communication, and analytical skills to enable a positive working climate while adhering to Saskatchewan health care legislation and standards. Requires a Nursing diploma, BAdmin, or equivalent combination, plus 5+ years in healthcare organization and community health services. Valid Class 5 driver's license required for travel within Saskatchewan.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in healthcare organization and community health service
- Nursing diploma
- Health Care Administration diploma
- Bachelor of Administration (BAdmin)
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Leadership training
- Undergraduate degree in Health or Social Sciences
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
