Job Summary
Health Services Director leading the clinical operations for an Assisted Living community. Responsibilities include overseeing medication management and infection control, mentoring and directing clinical staff, coordinating personalized care plans, visiting residents as needed, serving as clinical liaison with families and healthcare professionals, managing the clinical budget and staffing, ensuring compliance with nursing standards and state regulations, and providing on-call clinical support. Requires RN license (or equivalent), leadership experience in a senior living setting, and ability to maintain 24/7 clinical oversight; CPR/First Aid certification required. Location is Mission, KS with on-site responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license (or compact license or ability to obtain)
- An unencumbered license is required
- LPN with leadership experience may be considered
- At least one year of leadership experience as Wellness Director, HCC, or DON in an assisted living or LTC environment
- Current driver's license
- CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of employment
- Graduate of accredited nursing school; maintains active RN/LPN/LVN license in state of community
- Maintains nursing license in good standing; report any disruption to license status immediately
