Job Summary
Lead the clinical team to oversee medication management, infection control, staff mentoring, and care coordination for Assisted Living residents; drive clinical operations, coordinate service plans, and ensure state regulations and nursing standards are met. Manage staff schedules, provide on-call clinical support, collaborate with families and healthcare professionals, and participate in quality assurance and budget discussions to support resident well-being.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license; Compact license or ability to obtain is encouraged. An unencumbered license is required.
- Current driver’s license.
- Licensed Nurse with a minimum of at least one year of leading clinical operations in a senior living setting.
- CPR/First Aid Certification.
