Job Summary
Manage a team as a Health Services Director under current leadership at an Oakmont community while completing three months of customized leadership training. Gain comprehensive understanding of community operations through department-level training and on-the-job experience across the state. Work with seniors and cognitively impaired individuals, prioritizing tasks and adapting to change. This program is an advancement opportunity for existing team members who have at least six months in their current position and hold a California LVN or RN license. Successful completion may lead to a permanent Health Services Director role, vacant management position, or floating assignment in stable properties.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Candidates from Oakmont will need to have a minimum of six months in their current position
- Prefer two (2) years experience as a Licensed Nurse
- one (1) years experience working in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
- All candidates will need to have a California LVN or RN License in good standing
- Must be willing to travel throughout the state during the training process
- Must be open to relocation for a permanent position
- Demonstrated interest in clinical leadership
- prior experience coaching or mentoring peers
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

- Able to work with seniors

- Proficient in basic computer systems
- ability to learn electronic health records and other Company tools
- Able to read, write, and speak the English language

- Able to obtain and maintain valid First Aid and CPR, as needed
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check
- Must pass Health Screening tests
