Job Summary
Manage a team as a Health Services Director through department-level training and on-the-job experience under a current director at a community. Travel throughout the state during the three-month program, which does not fill a budgeted position, allowing you to focus on leadership development. Gain customized training to prepare for permanent assignments as a Health Services Director, vacant management role, or floating director in stable properties. Demonstrate clinical leadership by coaching peers, interacting with seniors and cognitively impaired individuals, and adapting to change while prioritizing tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Candidates from Oakmont will need to have a minimum of six months in their current position
- Prefer two (2) years experience as a Licensed Nurse
- one (1) years experience working in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
- All candidates will need to have a California LVN or RN License in good standing
- Must be willing to travel throughout the state during the training process
- Must be open to relocation for a permanent position
- Demonstrated interest in clinical leadership

- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

- Proficient in basic computer systems
- ability to learn electronic health records and other Company tools

- Able to obtain and maintain valid First Aid and CPR, as needed
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check
- Must pass Health Screening tests
Desired Qualifications
