Health Services Director

Health Services Director leading the health services team in a senior living community. Oversees recruitment, screening, and development of care staff, ensures high standards of care, provides training on clinical issues and policies, monitors resident care activities, maintains regulatory compliance, manages budgets for the resident care unit, and represents the community in marketing and family communications. Requires RN or LPN licensure and proven leadership in geriatric care; on-call and weekend coverage as part of the role.
