Job Summary
Health Services Coordinator responsible for program administration, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of a comprehensive district health services program; reports to the Director of Health Services; requires RN license; 3 years of experience in school health, community health, pediatric/adolescent healthcare, or nursing administration preferred; supervisory experience preferred; duties include budgeting, personnel management, and applying policies and procedures within school health and nursing administration.
Required Qualifications
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license from the Texas Board of Nursing or from a state participating in the Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC)
- Experience in school health, community health, pediatric/adolescent healthcare, or nursing administration (3 years preferred)
- Knowledge of school health and nursing administration
- Ability to organize, direct, coordinate, and evaluate health services delivery system
- Ability to implement policies and procedures
- Ability to manage budget and personnel
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
