Job Summary
Review meal tickets, prepare dining areas, and serve resident meals in a family-style environment. Transport residents with ambulation, record assigned ADL tasks, vitals, and intake/output, and provide companion services per service plans. Monitor residents, report behavioral or condition changes to licensed staff, and maintain a safe environment through laundry, linens, and equipment sanitation. Order supplies, drive the company vehicle as needed, and encourage participation in exercise and social activities. Adhere to work schedules, participate in quality improvement programs, attend mandatory training, and comply with health screenings and emergency drills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in using a computer
- using such software as Vision or Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- other applicable software applications
