Job Summary
Review meal tickets, prepare dining rooms, and serve resident meals in a family-style environment. Transport residents to activities and meals, record assigned ADL tasks, vitals, and intake/output, and provide companion services per service plans. Monitor residents, report condition changes to licensed staff, and maintain a safe environment through laundry, sanitation, and supply management. Drive the company vehicle for supplies as needed. Encourage participation in exercise and social activities while ensuring resident rights and privacy are protected. Adhere to work schedules, complete mandatory training, and participate in emergency drills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in using a computer
- using such software as Vision or Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- other applicable software applications
