Job Summary
Support dining and housekeeping duties by reviewing meal tickets, preparing dining rooms, and serving residents in a family-style environment. Transport residents with ambulation between rooms and activities, while assisting with assigned ADL tasks including transfers, range of motion, and vitals monitoring. Provide companion services, observe and report resident condition changes, and maintain a safe environment through laundry, sanitation, and wheelchair care. Manage supplies, order as needed, and record chargeable time using the time and attendance system. Adhere to work schedules, participate in quality improvement programs, and attend mandatory in-service training. Full-time role (40 hours, 10:00am–6:00pm, 5 days). High school diploma or equivalent with one to three months related experience. Requires computer proficiency and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
