Job Summary
Reviews meal tickets, prepares dining rooms, and serves resident meals in a family style environment. Transports residents with ambulation, assists with transfers and range of motion, and records assigned ADL tasks, vitals, and intake/output. Provides companion services, monitors resident safety, and maintains a clean environment through laundry, sanitizing, and equipment care. Encourages participation in activities, drives for supplies, and reports changes in condition to licensed staff. Adheres to work schedules, participates in quality improvement programs, and attends mandatory in-service training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in using a computer
- using such software as Vision or Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- other applicable software applications
